Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly return it for you, provided it is returned within 14 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned in unused condition, in original packaging, and in resell-able condition (items might be subject to testing, prior to the refund being given). The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. 30% restocking fee will apply. 

Helmets, batteries, tubes and tires are final sale. No refunds or exchanges on them.
